  • FOX6 News Reporter/Anchor Karen Church was born in Denver, Colorado but grew up in Los Angeles, California. She says her years around the Hollywood culture influenced her to get into television.

  • FOX6 News reporter Arielle Clay was born and raised in Birmingham and is glad to be back in her hometown.

  • FOX6 News Reporter Alan Collins is a native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Not only was he born and raised there, he also attended and graduated from the University of Alabama.

  • Steve Crocker co-anchors the 6 and 9pm newscasts at FOX6. Steve grew up watching television news in Queens, New York and was introduced to broadcasting by his older brother Rob, who does jazz radio in the New York area.

  • James-Paul "J-P" Dice joined FOX6 as chief meteorologist in August 2008.  He is no stranger to Alabama's always interesting weather.  James-Paul came to FOX6 from WHNT-TV in Huntsville where he worked 11 years.

  • Mike Dubberly is a sports anchor/reporter for FOX6 WBRC-TV. He's been part of the FOX6 Family since 1996.

  • Mickey Ferguson is the lead forecaster for Good Day Alabama and FOX6 News at Noon. He started his career in television on October 21, 1987, as a news producer at WJSU-TV in Anniston, Alabama.

  • FOX6 News Anchor Janet Hall began her television career in 1977 after graduating from The University of Alabama.

  • Reporter/anchor Jonathan Hardison anchors Sunday nights and reports during the week. He joined the team in October 2007.

  • FOX6 News Reporter Sherea Harris joined us in July of 2006.

  • Sheldon Haygood began his career as a Sports Reporter at FOX6 back in 1994. Since then, Sheldon has developed into one of the city's favorite Weekend Sports Anchors.

  • Clare Huddleston joined the Fox 6 team in October 2011.  Clare is originally from Vestavia Hills, but has lived in Tuscaloosa for the past 10 years.

  • FOX6 Meteorologist Fred Hunter was born in Alabama in the historic town of Ft. Payne. He has lived, attended school, raised his family and worked in the South all his life.

  • FOX6 News Reporter Christy Hutchings joined us in September of 2011.

  • Rick Journey co-anchors FOX6 News Good Day Alabama. Rick has been part of the FOX6 News morning team since 1999.

  • Rick Karle is Sports Director at FOX6 WBRC, anchoring sports segments during FOX6 News at 5, 6, 9 and 10 pm.  Rick started his duties at WBRC-TV in April of 1989.

  • Kelvin Reynolds is the Tuscaloosa Bureau reporter for Fox6 News. Kelvin is no stranger to West Alabama.

  • Scott Richards has anchored more evening newscasts in Birmingham than any other news anchor in Birmingham television history. It adds up to more than 18,000 in 30 years… all from Channel 6, WBRC.

  • Ronda Robinson is the award winning FOX6 on Your Side Consumer/Investigative reporter for WBRC in Birmingham. Ronda considers herself a problem solver. She tackles everyday issues for viewers who feel they have no where else to turn.

  • FOX6 News Anchor Janice Rogers worked at FOX6 WBRC-TV as an intern while earning her degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

  • Beth Shelburne was born and raised in Birmingham and came home to join FOX6 WBRC-TV as anchor of FOX6 News at 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. in September of 2010.

  • Sarah Verser is a morning anchor for FOX6 News Good Day Alabama in Birmingham. Good Day airs each weekday morning from five to nine a.m.

  • FOX6 Meteorologist Dennis Washington began his broadcasting career in 1992. During his four years in Tuscaloosa, he worked at student radio station WVUA-FM, Alabama Public Radio's WUAL-FM, and WDBB-TV.

  • Wes Wyatt joined the Fox 6 Storm Warn Team in June 2010. As a native of Tuscaloosa, he has spent most of his career covering and studying weather in East Mississippi and Central Alabama.
