While we're falling behind, the solution is simple, abolish AEA at the national level. Turn education back over to the state and the local people. Get the federal government out of it.

I feel like that teachers and principals should pay more attention to the children that are not in programs such as on the football team, cheerleaders or band. The ones that are expendable, the do not count in their numbers as far as they are concerned.
