Where did this nonsense come from? I certainly never voted for it, or if I did I certainly don't remember doing so. If this is some state Finance Department interpretation of existing law, or something like that, I think I'll contemptuously disregard it for the time being. Why is the state government so attractive to larcenous boneheads?
