CHEF BOB'S SUCCATOASH

2 EARS CORN (CUT OFF THE COBB)
5 GREEN ONIONS (SLICED)
1 CLOVE GARLIC (MINCED)
1 BELL PEPPER (DICED)
1 CUP BLACKEYED PEAS
1 CUP BABY LIMAS
1 CUP TOMATOES (DICED)
1 TABLESPOON FRESH THYME
2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
SALT & PEPPER


DIRECTIONS: SAUTEE ONIONS, GARLIC & PEPPER IN OLIVE OIL. ADD BLACKEYED PEAS & LIMAS. ADD TOMATO AND CORN. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE. ADD THYME. COOK UNTIL TOMATOES OPEN UP.
