DIRECTIONS: SAUTEE ONIONS, GARLIC & PEPPER IN OLIVE OIL. ADD BLACKEYED PEAS & LIMAS. ADD TOMATO AND CORN. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE. ADD THYME. COOK UNTIL TOMATOES OPEN UP.
