Dough ingredients:
2 c. flour
4 oz. oil
5 oz. water
Mixture:
1 banana, ripe, sliced
1 stick butter
8 oz. light brown sugar
splash of banana liquer
Vanilla ice cream
Powdered sugar
Dough:
Mix well with hands & form into a ball. Roll dough with rolling pin to 1/8" thickness. Fry in deep fryer using ladle or can to form bowl in center.
Combine mixture ingredients & cook in saute pan for 5 mins over medium heat until banana is softened & tender. Add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream in center of pastry bowl. Add mixture to top of ice cream. Finish with powdered sugar around bowl. Serve immediately.
