2 Tablespoons |

2 tablespoons |

chicken broth |
|
2 cups |

cream cheese |
softened |
1/4 lb |

Parmesan cheese |
grated |
1/2 cups |

steak seasoning |
|
1 teaspoon |
|
fresh lemon |
|
1 Tablespoon |
|
artichoke pieces |
rough chop |
1 cup |

Procedure |
|
1.) Melt butter and sweat onions until clear |
|
2.) Add flour and stir, cooking for 1 minute |
|
3.) Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. |
|
4.) Simmer for 2 minutes |
|
5.) Add cream cheese and stir with WIRE WHIP |
|
6.) Stir until cheese is FULLY incorporated with no lumps |
|
7.) Add Parmesan cheese and steak seasoning, stir well. |
|
8.) Add artichokes and lemon juice, stir well. |
