
Chase Lake Café's Chicken and Bacon Spinach Salad
1 package fresh spinach
1 lb chicken tenders[sauteed with orange agave]
1/2 pound pecan smoked bacon
16 grape tomatoes
1 cup cranberry vinaigrette
Croutons[Optional]
Salt and pepper
Wash spinach and set aside.Cook bacon 15 minutes in 350 degree oven on parchment paper.Saute chicken tenders in olive oil,when browned add 3 Tbsp orange agave.Place tomatoes on spinach ,then chicken and dressing.Top with croutons.Great Holiday Salad and easy to make.Happy Holidays to all and looking forward to the New Year.Enjoy!!!!!
