Chef Bob's Cranberry Biscuits
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1 1/4 - 1/12 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. cran-raisins
Sift dry ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients. Do not over mix. Scoop like ice cream onto parchment paper. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
