Grilled ribeye steak with creamy potato salad

GRILLED RIBEYE STEAK WITH CREAMY POTATO SALAD

 

 

 

 

 

 

8oz. Ribeye Steak

2 cups of diced potatoes

Olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

 

 

Dressing

3tablespoons of mayo

1/2 tablespoon of mustard

1 tablespoon of ranch

2 tablespoons of diced celery

1/2 tablespoon of vinegar

1/4 cup of sliced onions

2 tablespoons of sugar

Diced bacon

Diced green onion

 

Instructions for Creamy Potato Dressing

Heat sauté pan. Add oil, potatoes, then season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes then add your sliced onions and allow  to cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the  stove and place potatoes in a pan to cool for 10 minutes. Once cooled add in a bowl mayo,mustard,vinegar, ranch, and sugar all together mix and pour over the potatoes. Then add  diced celery

 

Instructions for steak

Season steak with salt,pepper, and olive oil on both sides. Heat your grill and cook steak to medium. Place potato salad in center of the plate and sprinkle with green onion and diced bacon. Now place the steak on the side of the potato Salad and ENJOY!
