
Mark Giorgi from All Around Town Catering joined us today in the kitchen to make Bacon Cheese Supreme Dip, perfect for snacking at your BCS Championship party.
In today's segment, Giorgi served the dip with Rachel's Garlic Parmesan Kettle Chips. He suggested to also grill chicken tenders and serving with dipping sauces as well.
Bacon Cheese Supreme Dip
2 cups sour cream
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients and blend together. Put into a 2-quart baking dish or 2 9-inch pie pans. Cover and heat for about 25 minutes.
