Nabeel's® Spaghetti with Honey Roasted Ham and Sweet Peas

 

Ingredients:

10 oz. Boar's Head Honey Roasted Ham

1 Small can sweet peas drained

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 lb spaghetti

¼ lb Parmesan cheese (grated)

6 cherry tomatoes halved

6 basil leaves chopped

 

Preparation:

Cook spaghetti according to package directions, al dente

In a skillet pour the olive oil and sautéed the chopped ham,

the tomatoes, the sweet peas and the basil for 2-3 minutes.

Put in batches in the skillet the spaghetti and toss well with

all of the ingredients.

Sprinkle salt and pepper and grated Parmesan cheese.

Place in a serving ball and sprinkle some more Parmesan cheese

Serve hot with crusty bread and a glass of red wine.
