2 TEASPOONS WHITE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/3 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1/8 TEASPOONS BLACK PEPPER
1/4 TEASPOON PAPRIKA
PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES. CUT FISH INTO 4 EQUAL PORTIONS AND BRUSH LIGHTLY WITH SOUR CREAM. COMBINE PARMESAN CHEESE, FLOUR, PEPPER, AND PAPRIKA. DIP FISH IN MIXTURE, TURNING TO COAT BOTH SIDES. PLACE ON A SPRAYED SHALLOW BAKING PAN. BAKE 8 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL FISH TASTES DONE.
