COMBINE AND MARINATE IN ZIPLOCK BAG FOR AT LEAST TWO HOURS.
1 HEAD RED CABBAGE, SLICED
1 RED ONION, SLICED
2 APPLES, DICED
1/2 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
5 STRIPS BACON, DICED
SAUTE BACON, ONION, AND APPLES FOR TWO MINUTES. ADD CABBAGE, BROWN SUGAR, AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. SAUTE CHICKEN IN A SEPARATE PAN. COMBINE AND SERVE.
