Super Sausage Sandwiches on Bolillo Rolls[Football Shaped]

4 andouille sausage.sliced long

1 onion,sliced

1 bell pepper,sliced

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp jalapeno Tabasco sauce

4 oz Sam Adams Black Porter

4 bolillo rolls[Football shaped rolls]

2 Tbsp BBQ sauce of choice

Heat oil in pan.Cook onions and bell peppers for about a minute.Add sausage and hot sauce,cook 2 minutes.Turn sausage and cook an additional minute.Add beer and let it cook down.Toast rolls and dress with BBQ sauce.These rolls look like footballs;perfect for Super Bowl.
