
Chef Bob's Fish Tacos
6 fresh tortillas
8 oz. grouper (cubed)
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. cumin
salt & pepper
cilantro to taste
1 lime (juiced)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 sweet peppers (sliced)
Saute onion, garlic & peppers in oil 1 min. Season fish w/ salt, pepper & cumin. Saute fish for 2 min. Warm tortillas & fill with fish & pepper onion mix. Add lime juice & cilantro.
Slaw:
1 red cabbage, shredded
1 onion (sliced)
1 lime, juiced
salt & pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Add all ingredients & mix.
