BIRMINGHAM,AL (WBRC) - Birmingham Police were called out at 2:35 a.m. this morning to a shooting at 1105 3rd Avenue West. When officers arrived on the scene they found one person shot to death lying on a sidewalk.
Officers later learned a fight had taken place in the parking lot of a club. Two other victims suffered non life threatening gunshot wounds.
The victim has been identified as 32 year old Diane Moss of Birmingham. There have been no arrests or charges filed in the case.
