Roast Loin with Crown Lobster Medallions

2 five ounce roast pork loin

1 eight ounce lobster tail[Cut into bite size pieces]Save the shell

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp butter

1/2 clove garlic,minced

Pinch of salt and pepper

1 tsp sugar

2 Tbsp  Crown Royal

 

Heat olive oil and butter in pan over medium high heat.Add lobster,and stir fry with garlic salt,pepper,and sugar for about two minutes.Add the Crown Royal and cook for another minute.Arrange lobster pieces in shell.The flavor from the Crown Royal and the lobster are fantastic.You can make a very nice dinner with lobster[$11.99 Snapper Grabbers],pork 10 ounces for about $3,and a reasonable Chardonnay for about $6.Your total for dinner about $21.You have got to try thios one...
