WENDY CRUSE'S CINNAMON ROLLS

DOUGH:
2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
1 1/4 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 1/4 CUP BUTTERMILK
6 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS IN ONE BOWL AND WE IN ANOTHER. MIX BOTH TOGETHER. TURN DOUGH OUT ONTO A FLOURED BOARD AND KNEAD UNTIL SMOOTH. SHAPE INTO A BALL AND ROLL OUT INTO A RECTANGLE. COVER WITH SOFT BUTTER AND SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON AND SUGAR. START AT ONE END AND ROLL TIGHT. CUT INTO EQUAL SECTIONS. PLACE CUT SIDE DOWN AND BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES.
