Newks' Bar-b-q Chicken Pizza

1 10 inch pizza dough
Brush edges of crust with garlic infused olive oil
2 oz favorite BBQ sauce
3 oz shredded mozzarella
6 slices of Roma tomatoes
4 oz chicken sliced
2 tablespoons diced red onions
 
Cook in a 450 degree convection oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown crust and bubbling cheese    
 
Top with chopped cilantro for garnish
