Lucia's Italian Chicken Piccata Recipe

 

 

 

Chicken Breast

Flour

¼ Olive Oil

Pinch Salt

Pinch Pepper

Tbls. Capers

½ cup Mushrooms

½ Lemon

¼ cup Heavy Cream

Cooked Fettuccini Pasta

 

 

Pound chicken breast and coat with flour

Add olive oil and to sauté pan

Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the oil

Pan shear chicken breast for 1 – 2 minutes on each side until golden brown

Add mushrooms and capers and squeeze lemon over the chicken breast

Add heavy cream and let simmer until cream reduce and thickens.

Chicken will continue cooking. Serve on a bed of fettuccini and enjoy.
