
BIRMINGHAM,AL (WBRC) - A man wanted for the shooting death of another man at a Forestdale convenience store last week has turned himself into authorities.
An official with the Jefferson County Jail said Derrick Wayne Murray of Dora was booked into the Jail around 2:00 a.m. Saturday. He is being held with no bond.
Murray was charged with Capitol murder earlier this week after he shot and killed 34 year old Edmund Reed a week ago at the Jet Pep on Forestdale Boulevard. Investigators said the shooting happend after an altercation.
