Pleasant Grove church destroyed by April 27th tornado dedicated today

PLEASANT GROVE, AL (WBRC) - It has been close to 10 months since members of the Pleasant Grove Assembly of God Church have been able to worship in their own sanctuary. On April 27th an EF-4 tornado ripped through Pleasant Grove and destroyed the church buildings.

Today the congregation celebrated the opening of their new church building that had once been a pharmacy. Everyone involved in the rebuilding effort was recognized during the dedication service.
