CHEF BOB'S WARM ASIAN SLAW WITH CHICKEN & CASHEWS

1 HEAD CABBAGE, SHREDDED
1 CARROT, SHREDDED
1 ONION, SLICED
4 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
1 TABLESPOON GINGER, MINCED
1/2 CUP ORANGE JUICE
1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
4 PACKAGES OF STEVIA
4 TABLESPOONS APPLE CIDAR VINEGAR
1/2 CUP CASHEWS
1 CHICKEN BREAST, COOKED & DICED
4 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL

SAUTE GARLIC AND GINGER IN OLIVE OIL. ADD CABBAGE & CARROT. COOK FOR THREE MINUTES. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. COOK FOR TWO MINUTES AND SERVE.
