
Brio Tuscan Grille- Pasta Alla Vodka

1 oz oil
1 tbl shaved fresh garlic
1 pinch of red chili flakes
2 pinches of salt
1 pinch of pepper
4 oz of marinara
2 oz parmesan cream sauce (alfredo with extra parmesan cheese for flavor)
1 oz of mascarpone cheese
10 ricotta raviolis
Once thickened plated and topped with 1 tbl of fresh sliced basil and thin sliced oven baked crispy pancetta.
