Two more fires reported in Ensley, unrelated to previous arsons

Two houses suffered fires in the Ensley area on Friday morning.

Officials at the scene say both houses were occupied and there were no injuries

The first house fire was reported at 8:30 a.m on Monte Sano Road and Bessemer Road. A family of 4 was inside at the time and everyone escaped unharmed.

The second fire was reported around 9 a.m. It took place on 15th Street and Avenue I. The occupants of that house fire were also unharmed.

Officials say Friday's house fires are not related to the recent arsonist fires.
