1 pound ground beef in 4 portions

Mixed baby greens

1 red onion sliced and grilled

1 heirloom tomato sliced

pickles (as many as desired)

8 slices metropolitan Brie cheese

4 buns


Season your burgers with salt and pepper and grill to your liking of temperature. Once burgers are 3 minutes away from being completing put your buns and onion on grill to toast. Assemble your burger with all the fixings and enjoy a simple but delicious burger!
