1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
1 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
1 CUP PANKO BREAD CRUMBS
SAUTE INGREDIENTS. SPLIT OPEN TROUT OR OTHER FISH (IF YOU PREFER). SPOON SEVERAL TABLESPOONS OF INGREDIENTS INTO EACH. BAKE IN THE OVEN UNTIL FISH IS COOKED COMPLETELY.
