
Chef Bob's Turkey Burrito
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp cumin
salt & pepper
4 tortillas, flour, 10 inch
1 avocado, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 lemon or lime, juiced
1/4 cup cilantro
Cook green onions, tukey and cumin, salt and pepper in a skillet for 3-4 minutes. Add chesse. Spoon mixture on tortillas.
In a bowl, add remaining ingredients. Spoon on tortillas. Roll tortillas and brown in a skillet. Serve!
