A bizarre and frightening accident is under investigation in a Birmingham parking lot.
Witnesses say a tow truck was hauling a van on Red Mountain Expressway Thursday when somehow it fell off the Arlington Avenue overpass.
The falling vehicle hit a car in the Bancorp South parking lot below. Candy Estes owns the car that was hit and she said she could hear the crash from inside the office building.
No one was hurt in the accident.
