Vestavia Hills police have released the identities of the two men arrested in connection to a bomb threat incident at a CVS in Cahaba Heights.
Police say Oneil Frazier, a 33-year-old man from Irondale, has been charged with possession, distribution of destructive device or weapon intended to cause injury or destruction and terrorist threats. John Frazier, 61, also from Irondale, faces charges of hindering prosecution.
A suspicious package and threatening note were found inside a CVS pharmacy in Cahaba Heights on Thursday morning. The investigation led authorities to a home on Conway Lane in Irondale, where the two men were arrested Thursday around 6:30 p.m.
The total bond for each suspect is $60,000.
Police departments from Birmingham, Hoover, Irondale and Vestavia Hills, the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office, the ATF and the FBI cooperated in the investigation.
