Two fugitives taken into custody by Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's

TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) - Two fugitives were taken into custody earlier today by the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Department. Tuscaloosa Deputies along with another Deputy assignted to the US Marshal's Gulf coast Regional Task Force went to a residence in the 14000 Block of Highway 171 and arrested 32 year old Michael Anthony Garrison and 26 year old Jennifer Michelle Smith after receiving a tip on the fugitives.

Both suspects had outstanding warrants for Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance with a $10,000 bond, a Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a $3,000 bond, and Unlawful Manufacturing Controlled Substance with a $25,000 bond. Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Tuscaloosa County Jail.
