Gun shot inside club in Fairfield

Fairfield police are investigating a shooting this morning. It happened Saturday night at the Red Diamond Lounge.

It all started when officers noticed a large crowd of teenagers hanging around outside and inside the night club. This club is licensed to serve liquor and is not designated as a teen club facility, so officers decided to shut them down. That is when the shooting started.

No one was injured, but police did arrest one teen who was armed. The investigation is ongoing.
