Chef Bob's Chocolate peanut butter pie

 

1 10 inch pie shell

½ cup peanut butter melted

¾ cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

2 Tablespoons plain flour

4 eggs

4 Tablespoons heavy cream

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 sticks butter melted

1 cup chocolate chips melted

Microwave peanut butter for 1 minute then pour into uncooked pie shell.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Mix dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave then add to dry ingredients. Add eggs and cream and vanilla. Pour filling over peanut butter and bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
