
Brio Tuscan Grille- Lasagna Bolognese Al Forno
Oven baked and layered with authentic Bolognese meat sauce, Alfredo, Ricotta and Mozzarella

Ingredients:
Cooking Spray or olive oil
Lasagna Noodles
1 oz. Marinara Sauce
3 oz. Ricotta Mix (ricotta cheese, basil, parsley, garlic and sugar)
3 oz. Shredded Mozzarella/Provolone Cheese Blend
2 ½ Tbsp. Shredded Parmesan/Romano Cheese Blend
4 oz. Alfredo Sauce
6 oz Bolognese (50/50 ground beef and ground pork blend)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Boil noodles in water for 4-5 minutes (until soft), remove, drain and set aside.
Coat pan with cooking spray or olive oil
Place one layer of noodles across the bottom of the pan
Pour half of marinara sauce on top of first layer of noodles
Spoon ricotta cheese mix on top of marinara sauce
Sprinkle 1 oz. of Mozzarella mix and 1 Tbsp. of Parmesan blend
Add another layer of noodles
Pour half of the Alfredo sauce on top of the noodles
Spread Bolognese on top of Alfredo sauce
Sprinkle 1oz. of the Mozzarella mix and 1 Tbsp. of Parmesan blend
Add one last layer of noodles
Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce and marinara sauce across the top of the noodles
Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella mix and Parmesan blend
Bake for 30-45 minutes
Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving
