Recipe Chef Donnell Johnson's Shrimp Carbonara
1/2 Lb Shrimp 60-40
2 strips Bacon diced
1/2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
2 large egg yolks
1/2 cup Diced Onion
1/2 cup Diced Bellpepper red yellow orange Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cook spaghetti
1/2 cup green beans
In a large bowl, whisk together the cream, cheese, yolks, to blend.
Heat the frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and saute until it is brown and crisp, about 2 minutes . Add shrimps, onions, bell pepper and green peas sauté 4-5 minutes seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the cream, cheese and egg Yolks sauté 2 -3 minutes place on plate top with green onions.
