
All Around Town's Reuben Burger
4 Braveheart 5.33 oz fresh burgers
4 EPI marbled rye hamburger buns
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup sauerkraut
1/2 cup West Creek Roasted Red Pepper dressing
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 red pepper rings[Optional]
Heat pan or grill to desired temperature[Medium high on this stovetop].Use a bit of olive oil in the center of pan.Place burgers in pan and cook for about two minutes or until juices begin to rise to the top of the burger.Flip and place cheese on burger while warming buns on griddle or pan.Place burger on bottom of bun.Spread dressing on top of bun and kraut on top of burger and cheese.This is a taste sensation that you will love.Serve with a nice salad and you are all set!Come see us at Chase Lake Café Monday through Thursday for breakfast or lunch.Enjoy!!!
