1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Garlic 9 Chopped )
1/3 Cup White Wine (Chablis)
1/2 Cup Onions
1/2 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
1/2 Cup Fresh Roma Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Peppers ( green)
10 Shrimp (Cleaned and Peeled)
6 Scallops 1/3 Cup Artichoke Hearts
Saute Garlic and Olive Oil and Wine till Garlic is brown add all ingredients and cook till desired tenderness and Serve over Pasta . Season to Taste
