
Benard Tambruello's recipe for Bernie's Meatballs
2lbs ground beef
2lbs ground pork
1 large sweet onion chopped fine
3 cloves of garlic chopped fine
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup fresh oregano
1/4 cup fresh basil
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup cold water
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cheese
1/2 cup Romano cheese
1 bunch chopped flat level parsley
Mix well roll out into 2oz balls
Add a small amount of olive oil to sauté pan
Brown all sides and put into your simmer sauce for 20 minutes
