
All Around Town Catering's Florida Pink Cioppino
1 –2 lbs Florida pink shrimp
1/2 cup Italian Parsley
1/4 cup fresh thyme
1 cup white wine
3 cloves garlic
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
In a large pot warm your oil and add butter,add shrimp for about two minutes before adding mixture of parsley,thyme,wine,and garlic.Add tomato sauce and cover.Let simmer for about 10 minutes.These flavors come together really well.Serve with French bread and a nice salad.This is a birthday dinner for my brother-in-law Tom Wood.Happy Birthday and enjoy!!!Come check us out at Chase Lake Café.
