BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -
Do you have to pass a car sitting on cement blocks or a truck without doors on your way home? If you wish you didn't have to see that, your wish may be granted - at least within Birmingham city limits.
The Department of Public Works is targeting lots with junk cars on them amd owners who are repeat offenders. These are people who sometimes have 10 to 20 junk vehicles on one property.
Crews will start clearing lots beginning Monday, Aug. 20.
