Oakland Raiders star Rolando McClain waived his right to an arraignment in Morgan County.

The former Alabama player also entered a not guilty plea to multiple charges stemming from a fight in Decatur.

It happened in December of 2011.

McClain is accused of threatening to kill a man and firing a gun next to that man's head.

He was convicted in municipal court but appealed that verdict.

The case will now be heard in Morgan County Circuit Court.
