
Seafood Paella (serves 2):
Saute the following:
· 1 Tbl. chopped Shallots
· 1 Tbl. chopped Garlic
· 1/4 cup Conecuh Sausage
· 1/4 cup English Peas
· 1/4 cup sliced Cherry Tomatos
· Fresh Mussels
· Gulf Shrimp
· Red Grouper
Deglaze pan with 1/4 cup White Wine.
Steam until Mussels open.
Add 1/2 cup cooked Saffron Rice.
Cook until tender.
Finish with mixing in a Tbl. Butter.
Sprinkle with mixed Herbs.
Serve.
