Queso cotija
Mayo
Light chili powder

Spread mayo on corn evenly
Sprinkle cotija cheese evenly
Sprinkle light chili powder to your liking
Enjoy

Cactus salad

3 cacti
1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped
1/4 white onion diced
2 Roma tomato diced
1 Serrano chilli finely diced
2 pinches salt
2 pinches black pepper
Queso fresco

In a bowl mix cactus, tomato, onion, Serrano  and cilantro add 2 pinches of salt and 2 pinches of black pepper . Top of with Queso fresco
