At the scene the victim told deputies that 32-year-old Jeremie Talley had struck him with a pistol and threatened to kill him. The victim said the two had been arguing at the time when a pistol fell out of Talley's pants. He said that Talley pointed it at the victim, struck him in the face and threatened to kill him.
