Birmingham nightclub faces public hearing

An adult nightclub in Birmingham may find out this week if it will have to close its doors.

The city council will hold a public hearing tomorrow during its regular meeting. They will decide if they should pull the liquor, dance and business licenses of Club Asia on 1st Avenue North.

The council already pulled the licenses for Mike's Crossroads back in August. At that hearing, councilors called Mike's Crossroads a public safety concern.
