JEH JEH LIVE - The Keep Birmingham Beautiful Commission (KBBC) is sponsoring a Recycle Bin Distribution today from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Linn Park in front of City Hall. This event is for residents of the city of Birmingham that have the Department of Public Works (DPW) as there sanitation provider. Residents will register for recycling collection as they drive in front of City Hall. Residential information will be placed in the Department of Public Works Recycling Collection Database. The bins will be placed in vehicles by KBBC volunteers and Helping Hands Volunteers. Recycling info will be distributed on the scene. Recycle day is every Wednesday. Recyclable materials must be placed out on Tuesday night or before 6am on Wednesday. For more info, call 311.

OCTOBER BABY - Janice talked with John Schneider about the film "October Baby." It comes out on DVD and Blu-ray this week. Alabama has many ties to this film with the producers and much of the filming done here. It is the story of a young college girl who finds out not only was she adopted, she was an "abortion survivor." October Baby is rated PG13.
