Jon Staggs, Jr., 20, has been charged and indicted for the shooting deaths of Casey Cumberland, 22, Joshua Smith, 22, and Simeon Gilmore, 19 at a Pelham home Sept. 9.
Staggs, Jr. has been charged with four counts of capital murder. Three of the counts are for committing murder during the course of a burglary and the other count is for killing two or more people in one act.
According to the Shelby County Reporter (http://bit.ly/P1Ui8K), the arraignment will be an opportunity for Staggs, Jr. and his attorney, Herbie Brewer, to discuss the charges against him and enter a plea on the charges.
Staggs, Jr. remains at the Shelby County Jail on no bond.
