National Prescription Take Back Day is Saturday, Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at dozens of locations across the state.
This event is an opportunity for the public to dispose of unwanted, expired and unused prescription drugs. There is no fee for the take back and officials will not ask any questions about the drugs.
