Birmingham shooting leaves one man dead, another injured

BIRMINGHAM,AL (WBRC) - Birmingham Police were called out at just before 10 p.m last night to 813 50th Street North on a report of shots fired and a person injured.  When police arrived on the scene,they found  the victim outside of the residence suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to UAB Hospital and later pronounced dead.  A second victim involved in the incident arrived at UAB by private vehicle suffering from a non life threatening gunshot wound to the leg.

No arrest have been made. Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact the
