Third suspect apprehended in Brighton shooting

JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL (WBRC) -

Authorities have arrested a third suspect in a shooting that killed one man and wounded another in Brighton last week.

Cabbera Lee Brock, 23, was booked into the Jefferson County Jail Monday. He is charged with capital murder by shooting and attempted murder. The capital murder charge has no bond and the attempted murder charge has a bond of $60,000.

Brock and two other suspects are accused of killing Ajamu Coles, 34, and wounding Kevin Hatter, 20 near "the blue store" on Huntsville Avenue in Brighton Tuesday, Sept. 25.

The other suspects, Frank Izale Sealie, 23, and Mitchum Tyrone Goodwin, 30, are each charged with one count of capital murder by shooting and attempted murder. The capital murder charge has no bond and the attempted murder charge has a bond of $50,000.
